Krister Koskela

Introduction

Krister advises our clients on a wide range of legal issues arising in their day-to-day business operations. His core expertise lies in real estate law, covering real estate transactions, ownership and management arrangements, as well as real estate investments and development projects. He also has particular expertise in construction contracts, land lease agreements and residential and commercial lease agreements. Krister assists clients from contract negotiations through to implementation and any potential disputes, drawing on his solid experience to find effective solutions even in complex arrangements.

Krister also handles a broad range of contractual and corporate law assignments, including corporate governance, decision-making and corporate transactions. He has experience in large-scale, strategically significant projects where legal issues are closely intertwined with the client’s business objectives.

Before joining Inventio, Krister worked at a major Finnish law firm specializing in real estate matters, gaining a solid foundation that is reflected in his ability to understand real estate and construction law as part of broader business contexts.
