Within employment law, Laura-Maria provides clients with comprehensive legal advice to support their day-to-day business operations, covering the entire employment lifecycle from recruitment to termination. She advises on matters relating to collective agreements and change negotiations as well assists in employment-related disputes and criminal matters, including occupational safety, discrimination, and trade secret offences.

Laura-Maria also advises our Finnish and international clients on projects involving large-scale industrial investments, including the drafting and negotiation of related commercial agreements.
